Custom designs usually take 2–4 weeks, depending on fabric availability and design complexity.
3. Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Ready-made items can be exchanged within 3 days if unworn and in original condition. Custom-made outfits are non-refundable.
5. Do you ship outside Addis Ababa?
Yes, we ship across Ethiopia. Customers outside Addis Ababa cover shipping costs.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile money (Telebirr / CBE Birr).
7. Do you offer fitting sessions?
Yes, one free fitting is included for custom orders. Extra adjustments may have an additional charge.
