Terms & Conditions – Yekitkemis Traditional Fashion Orders & Custom Designs All custom design orders require a 50% deposit before production begins. Delivery timelines vary depending on fabric availability and design complexity. Payments Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or mobile money (Telebirr/CBE Birr). Full payment must be completed before collection or delivery. Exchanges & Returns Ready-made items may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if unworn and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for each client. Measurements & Fittings Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. One free fitting session is included; additional adjustments may incur extra charges. Delivery & Pickup Local delivery within Addis Ababa is available (fees apply). Customers outside Addis Ababa are responsible for shipping costs.
